Fauna Marin - Phos 0.04 Phosphate Remover - Reduce Phosphate to 0.04 - Safe Lowering of the Phosphate Value

The Fauna Marin Phos 0.04 is a unique mixed granulate that safely removes phosphates and yellow matter from the aquarium cycle. Safe use because the PO4 value cannot drop to 0.00 while extremely effective.

Colors and nutrients are firmly bound to the material and not released again, which is why the nutrient content of the aquarium can be kept very low. 

Undesired algae growth is effectively prevented and corals can develop their natural colors.

Application and dosage:

• Please always make changes to the aquarium carefully!
• Use 50 ml Phos 0.04 per 100 liters of water.
• After 5 days you can increase the amount up to 100 ml per 100 liters of water.
• Check the PO4 content regularly with the FaunaMarin PO4 test kit.
• It is not advisable to use PHOS0.04 at the lowest PO4 values.
• It is best to use PHOS0.04 behind a UV clarifier and after fine filtering in a fluidized bed reactor.
• The flow rate should be 100-200 liters / h. The slower the better.
• If the PO4 content rises again, replace Phos 0.04 with fresh material.
